Presentation Skills Workshops

Our 1 and 2 day Presentation Skills workshops are perfect if you have little or no experience.

Portfolio Development Services

At CreativEnterprise we aim to provide a bespoke and supportive service to assist you with establishing your identity. We will guide you in developing your understanding of your market and advance your digital and physical portfolios to a high standard.

We like to provide a unique and fully inclusive perspective on visual creativity and combine varied styles and formats to present work to display your personal skills, creativity and personality. We concentrate on providing a clear platform for the correlation between visual art and the business world to be able to fully market your brand.

How the service works

Consultation Process: You'll be invited in for a face to face consultation where you will be required to bring your all relevant work ideas that you would like to build a professional portfolio. The consultation will inform an action plan towards the compilation of your portfolio with agreed time-frames and actions.

Portfolio Development: You'll develop more than a portfolio; you'll also develop the professionalism necessary for a successful career in whichever strand of visual arts that you are wising to access. Your portfolio will provide you with a creative visual CV for potential employers, partners and interested parties to understand and assess your suitability. 

Marketing Support: We will support you to fully demonstrate you’re creative, technical and visual communication skills, including graphic design, drawing, sketching, film and photography, creative writing, critical analysis and brand identity. This is intended to evidence your ability to express and convey the processes of research, application of theory and delivery to your target market or audience.

Enterprise & Employability Programme

An introduction

CreativEnterprise is seeking to partner a contract in delivering a unique programme of enterprise and employability specifically guided towards employment and self employment across the Creative Industries and has designed a template for delivery. 

The Enterprise & Employability Programme focuses on the development of specific core skills that are non-technical skills which contribute to an individual’s effective participation in the workplace. The programme sets out measurements and milestones towards of the achievement of varied generic workplace competencies and consist of eight core skills and a set of personal attributes. Learners will be provided with a range of facilitated opportunities to acquire many of these skills ensuring a successful transition pathway into employment and/or self-employment.  

The EEP provides opportunities for learners to explore areas of creativity that build on skills and knowledge whilst also providing a real work experience placement and opportunities to work on ‘live’ projects and contracts. The programme has been developed to provide a vocational context for learners to develop competencies across the full range of employability skills and personal attributes. Learners who satisfactorily complete the programme will have significant advantages over their contemporaries, having had dedicated and unequivocal exposure to live operations of a business and having developed the skills which industries consider essential to effective participation in the workforce.

We are in the process of preparing applications for funding to be able to deliver this programme and welcome potential funders and those with contracts looking to sub contract for its delivery. 

Group Meeting Space

CreativEnterprise offers a contemporary, unique and stylish lounge space complete with resources, snack bar and kitchen and visual aids including HD projector and 120" screen. The space is expected to encourage groups interested in any form of visual creative presentation, expression, workshops, debates, talks and small social events local to Reading, Berkshire.  and is for all levels of ability.

We invite creative groups to meet other creative enthusiasts who are interested in learning, sharing and collaborative working.

CreativEnterprise will also be facilitating small events, functions and group meetings, networking sessions and projects.

We watch all variety of films from mainstream to independent shorts, new and emerging producers, film projects, film festival screenings, documentaries,  international films, old classics, biographies, animated, etc...

Membership is FREE and open to all members.



We hope to encourage people new to the UK film/broadcast industries to form networks and contacts with Directors, Producers, Broadcasters, Camera crew, Make Up, ACTORS, Models, Photographers, Post Production, VFX, editors, scriptwriters, Web Content Designers & Mobile content specialists, and everyone or anyone associated with film making and broadcast.
